SOLO ART CONTEST
$30 US for 1 portfolio
HOW TO SUBMIT -- 4 STEPS
STEP 1 - READ PROSPECTUS AND PREPARE MATERIALS
STEP 2 - SEND EMAIL
When you have your images and documents ready, send your submission to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Subject Line: LAST NAME - SOLO CONTEST SUBMISSION (all capital letters please)
In the body of your email include:
1. Full Artist Name (as you would like it published)
2. Email address and/or website if you would like them published in the show
3. Title of Portfolio
4. For each artwork:
- Dimensions in inches (HxW)
- Price if for sale, Not For Sale, Price On Request, Sold, etc.
5. Artist Biography (maximum 150 words) - copy-paste it into the email - do NOT send a document
6. Artist Statement (maximum 150 words) - copy-paste it into the email - do NOT send a document
7. Attach images of artwork - minimum 8 - maximum 12 (jpg. -2MB maximum) MUST BE LABELED AS --- LAST NAME - Title of Art.jpg (example WILLIAMS - Cat on Couch.jpg)
STEP 3 SEND PAYMENT
Please proceed with Payment HERE ($30.00 US via Paypal)
(If you are paying under a different name than your artist name please indicate this in your email so it can be matched with your submission.) * There are absolutely no refunds and payment does not guarantee acceptance. Only the top three artists will be selected for awards and solo shows.
STEP 4 CONFIRMATION
You will receive a confirmation email when both your Submission and Payment are processed - please allow about 48 hours. If you do not receive an email by this time please contact us. (you will also receive a separate confirmation email from Paypal)
